I chose these three community of practice organizations because their commitment and passion for the field of early education. These organizations provide essential services for low-income families, families who are in dire need of help and assistance. I have a passion to help the less fortunate, especially children who do not ask to live in such unfortunate conditions.
Hello Nicole,
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading your blog, you provided very insightful information,, anybody who is looking for a job or know somebody in need of one, the information you provide is excellent. I see that all those organizations require years of experiences which I understand because that person will be working with many children. Now, do you think that there should be other organizations that focus on training and giving the teachers the appropriate training? Many jobs require you to have yeas of experiences, but who will give you that experience if everyone ask for the same thing? Maybe let that teacher work under the supervision of another teacher with more experience while the new teacher gets hers/his experience.
Hi Nicole,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing all the posting that you found available in your area. I can see were the facilities assist the field in moving forward with quality care opportunities for children and families. Often times, as in the positions listed there is a requirement of management experience. However, with so many opportunities requiring experience I find it challenging at times to connect what we sometimes do on a daily bases to management experience making it challenging to transition into a more desirable position. Do you have any advise or guidance.
Respectfully
Nicole,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your insights this week. I enjoyed your blog and learning about organizations that are in your area. These three organizations sound like they are very helpful to the children and families in Georgia.
I look forward to reading more of your blogs in the weeks ahead.
